From the beginning, we were impressed by her professionalism, work ethic, and innovative approach to marketing. Those qualities quickly led Catherine into commercial real estate. She successfully negotiated a complex headquarters relocation, securing one of the most exceptional office spaces in Williamson County, featuring incredible views, for a company moving to Middle Tennessee.
That relationship has continued to grow. Catherine has since helped the company’s CEO purchase a home, assisted with relocating additional employees, and collaborated with Williamson Inc. and the State of Tennessee to secure competitive tax incentives that supported the company’s relocation to Tennessee. It’s a perfect example of the full service approach and long term relationships we strive to provide every client.
